Continuing Greenville Daily Photo’s series on commerce, I share with you a photo taken last weekend at Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR). This is definitely the next big thing in Greenville. Their vision statement says “CU-ICAR will be the premier automotive and motorsports research and educational facility in the world”. Please note the reflection of cranes in the windows. The cranes are a sure sign of things to come.

This particular building is an amazing thing to take in at night…it’s like something out of EPCOT with all of the lighting that oscillates between various different colors of the spectrum. If you ever have the opportunity during the evening to check it out, I’d highly recommend it.
