Chuck, I'm pleased you like our blog.  We truly enjoy living in downtown Greenville.  In fact we feel our move to downtown was the best move we have made. However, you are right it is a challenge to downsize. Maybe you will sell enough photos (at www.chuckbishopphotography.com ) such that you can afford one of the 3,000 square foot condos as a second home.
