The Lofts at Mills Mill is one of the condo complexes we considered when we shopping condos in and near downtown Greenville. We were impressed with the 16 foot ceilings and 9 foot windows.

Mariemcc, this condo complex is reasonably priced. There are many which are much more expensive. Note that the building is a restored textile mill built in 1897.
Brian, thanks for your comments. We chose the Poinsett Corners condo complex at the corner of Broad and River. We chose Poinsett Corners because it was one block off Main Street and one block from Falls Park. We are very happy with our choice.

I am so happy to see this piece of Greenville’s history used for a productive purpose. If I lived in Greenville I would certainly be interested in this property.
I wonder if you know where I can locate a copy of a photograph that was in this building on the wall during the store outlet time period….about 20 years ago? I was walking through the mill and spotted my grandfather on the photo of a Mills Mill textile league team picture. I happened upon your web site white trying to Goggle a copy of this old photo.

Also, the Historical Society sells a book called “Remembering Greenville Photographs from the Coxe Collection. You may want to purchase the book from them and check the photos. There is a photo, on page 106, of the Union Bleachery Baseball team which might be of interest.
On the Historical Society webpage there is a link to a list of all photos from the Coxe collection. I think copies of individual photos may be for sell. Hopefully your father appears in one of them.
