As these photos show we had ice in Greenville Wednesday night. These photos were taken on Thursday. The walk to work was a little difficult but the scenery was outstanding. The newspaper said 200,000+ homes lost their power. Several friends shared stories about lost power, long lines in restaurants, trees in the road, and commute difficulties. Fortunately we experienced none of these problems. I contribute our good luck in part to living downtown.
