This piece of art, which the plaque says is untitled 2002-2003, apparently needed some protection. Just a couple of days ago the grass around it was removed and replaced by plants. Also the art now has three signs around it saying “Look but do not touch” … The art is in Falls Park in downtown Greenville, SC.
PS: My wife calls this art Gumby and a reader (Lisi from Hong Kong) commented that it looked like a World Cup player ready to kick to ball, so I think the art should be named “Gumby plays soccer”. What do you think?

This travel trailer was parked across from our condo complex last weekend. It is also one block from the performing arts center. So either family was visiting or its a singer traveling in luxury.Note that we are on the fourth floor of the Poinsett Corners condo complex but we don’t have the corner unit with the circular living room.

Just the other day I told my wife that Greenville needed some rain. Well yesterday it rained and rained and rained. My mother taught me to never complain about the rain so this is not a complaint just a comment … Enough all ready.
The photo is from a parking garage next to the Bowater building and Falls Park in downtown Greenville. And yes I have to admit that I drove my car and did not walk to work yesterday.

In the Daily Photo blog community the World Cup is the hot subject. Since we (in the US) can not brag about soccer (sorry I mean football) then I will attempt to divert the conversation to baseball. This photo was taken at a recent Greenville Drive baseball game. What do you think of the technique? I mean the pitchers technique not my technique at changing the subject. The Lofts at Mills Mill is one of the condo complexes we considered when we shopping condos in and near downtown Greenville. We were impressed with the 16 foot ceilings and 9 foot windows.
